Introduction:
The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering of Zeal Polytechnic, Pune successfully organized TECHTRONICS 2K26 – State Level Technical Event on 7th March 2026. The event aimed to create a dynamic platform for diploma engineering students to demonstrate their creativity, innovation, and technical expertise. Students from various institutes across the state actively participated in different competitions, making the event vibrant and technically enriching.
Objective/ Purpose:
- To provide a platform for students to showcase their technical skills and innovative ideas.
- To encourage practical application of engineering concepts.
- To promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities among students.
- To enhance inter-college interaction and knowledge sharing.
- To motivate students towards research and technological innovation.
Execution:
Event Highlights & Participation The event included several competitions designed to test technical knowledge, creativity, and analytical skills of students.
Project Competition: 168 groups (672 students) presented innovative technical projects demonstrating practical applications of electronics and communication technologies.
Poster Presentation: 46 groups (96 students) displayed creative posters explaining various emerging technologies and engineering concepts.
Electro Puzzle: 49 groups (98 students) participated in solving electronics-based puzzles and logical problems.
Gaming Event: 32 groups (128 students) participated in the technology-based gaming competition.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across the state, making it one of the largest technical gatherings organized by the department. TECHTRONICS 2K26 proved to be a grand success due to the dedicated efforts of the organizing committee, faculty coordinators, and student volunteers.
