Summary:
The students of the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department, Zeal Polytechnic, Pune, achieved a remarkable success by securing the First Prize in the State Level Project Competition “NxtGen 2K26.” The competition was organized by Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Polytechnic, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune on 14th March 2026.
Four students from TY E&TC Engineering participated in the competition under Track 3 – Electrical, Electronics and E&TC, where they presented their innovative engineering project among participants from various polytechnic institutes across the state.
The project was evaluated by expert judges based on innovation, technical design, practical implementation, presentation skills, and societal relevance. The students demonstrated excellent technical knowledge, teamwork, and problem-solving ability, which impressed the judges and earned them the First Prize and Trophy.
This achievement reflects the strong technical foundation, creativity, and dedication of the students, along with the continuous guidance and encouragement from the faculty members of the E&TC Engineering Department. Their success has brought pride to the institute and motivated other students to participate in technical competitions and showcase their innovative ideas.
