On the occasion of Shiv Jayanti, observed annually to honor the birth anniversary of the legendary Maratha warrior king, Shivaji Maharaj, students and faculty members from Zeal Polytechnic came together to celebrate his legacy and contributions to Indian history. Inspired by Shivaji’s principles of courage, valor, and social justice, the community organized a series of events and activities to commemorate his life and achievements. From historical reenactments and cultural performances to seminars and exhibitions, the celebration served as a platform to educate, inspire, and pay tribute to Shivaji Maharaj’s enduring legacy as a symbol of strength and resilience in Maharashtra’s history.

Objective/Purpose:
