The workshop on ‘Entrepreneurship as a Career: Building the Future’ was organized to provide students with insights into the entrepreneurial ecosystem and to encourage them to consider entrepreneurship as a viable and rewarding career option.
The session highlighted the importance of innovation, creativity, and risk-taking in building a successful enterprise. Participants were introduced to the fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, business planning, funding opportunities, and startup management.
The resource person shared real-world success stories of entrepreneurs, emphasizing how perseverance and vision can transform innovative ideas into successful ventures. The interactive session allowed students to ask questions, clarify doubts, and discuss challenges faced by aspiring entrepreneurs.
The workshop inspired participants to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and motivated them to explore opportunities to become job creators rather than job seekers.
