Ms. Shubhangi Shinde explained placement procedures, industry expectations, and essential skills such as technical knowledge, communication skills, and professional attitude required to succeed in interviews. She emphasized the importance of internships in gaining hands-on experience, improving practical skills, and enhancing employability.
She also guided students on resume preparation, project selection, continuous learning, and certification courses. Real-life examples from industry motivated students to plan their careers systematically. The session was interactive, and students actively participated by asking questions related to placements and internships.
She guided participants on cyber security concepts, explaining the roles and practices of Black Hat, White Hat, and Red Hat hackers, along with their ethical and practical implications.
