1. Welcome to All Students & Staff

The industrial visit commenced with a warm and enthusiastic welcome to the students and faculty members. Spanning from 9.00 AM to 2:30 PM, the visit was meticulously organized to ensure all  Second year students, along with 2 faculty members, felt comfortable and were well-informed about the day’s schedule. Seven Mentor Pvt. Ltd. staff facilitated the initial introductions and provided a detailed agenda for the day.

2. Introduction of Seven Mentor Pvt. Ltd.

The session began with an insightful introduction to Seven Mentor Pvt. Ltd., led by key representatives Mr. Pawan Bhosikar, Chief Executive Officer, and Nisha Mandot, Director. They outlined the company’s history, mission, and vision:

  1. Vision: “To Support students in acquiring practical knowledge and professional skills relevant to industry requirement.”
  2. Mission: “To provide structured and skill-oriented training programs.   To offer practical exposure to current technologies and tools. To assist students in understanding industry practices and work culture.”

3. Technology Trends and Job Opportunities

 During the session, the industry expert Mrs.Pooja Ghodke explained the fundamental importance of Data Structures, Data Science, and Data Analysis in today’s software and IT industry. Students were introduced to how data-driven technologies are shaping modern applications and business decision-making processes.

The speaker highlighted that Data Structures form the backbone of efficient programming, enabling optimized data storage, retrieval, and processing. Basic concepts such as arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, and trees were discussed to help students understand their practical use in software development. The session also covered Data Analysis, emphasizing its role in interpreting data to support business decisions.

Students were guided about various entry-level and growth-oriented job roles related to Data Structures, Data Science, and Data Analysis, such as:

4. Interactive Quiz Competition.

As a part of the industrial visit, a Technical Quiz Competition was conducted for the students.The quiz consisted of 25 marks, covering fundamental concepts discussed during the training session.The objective of the quiz was to access student’s understanding of the concepts and to encourage active participation.

Based on the quiz performance, three top- performing students were selected. The winners were appreciated and awarded gifts by the institute as a motivation and encouragement for their learning efforts.The quiz activity helped students to revise the session topics, improve their technical knowledge, and engage in interactive learning.

5. Q&A Session

Q&A session followed the presentations, providing students with the opportunity to engage directly with industry experts. This interactive segment addressed specific questions related to the topics discussed and broader career-related inquiries, offering valuable insights and enhancing the learning experience.

6. Felicitation of Staff

A brief felicitation ceremony honored the staff members who played a crucial role in organizing and facilitating the visit. Their dedication and efforts in ensuring a smooth and informative experience were formally acknowledged and appreciated.
