Summary:
An expert session on “Industry Exposure and Career Opportunities in the IT Sector” was conducted by Mr. Abhinav Koyale from Abhiko Co. on 8th September 2025 for the students of the Computer Department, zeal Polytechnic, The session provided valuable insights into the current IT industry trends, real-world project development, and expectations from fresh graduates. Mr. Koyale explained various career roles available in the software industry, required technical skills, and the importance of practical knowledge. He also shared guidance on internships, industry certifications, and professional ethics needed to succeed in the IT field.
Objective/Purpose:
- To provide students with exposure to real-world IT industry practices.
- To make students aware of career opportunities available in the software and IT sector.
- To guide students on essential technical and soft skills required by industries.
- To motivate students to prepare for industry-oriented learning and internships.
Outcomes:
Students gained practical knowledge about industry expectations and work culture. Awareness was created regarding emerging technologies and job roles in the IT sector. Participants understood the importance of skill development, internships, and certifications. Students were motivated to enhance their employability through industry-relevant learning.
