Summary/ Report The Infosys Employment Orientation Program conducted by Sambhav Foundation aimed to enhance student employability through holistic training covering digital literacy, soft skills, entrepreneurship, and AI fluency. The sessions combined theoretical insights with hands-on learning to strengthen career readiness and professional competence.
The following modules were covered:
1. Digital Literacy & Productivity
These sessions helped students gain proficiency in using digital tools, data management, and collaboration platforms. Emphasis was placed on improving efficiency through technology, handling online documentation, and practicing productivity-enhancing techniques using real-world tools.
2. Employability Skills
Focused on essential workplace competencies such as teamwork, critical thinking, decision- making, and time management. Students learned how to apply these skills in professional contexts to improve adaptability and workplace performance.
3. Communication Skills
This module emphasized effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and public speaking. Activities included mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation practice to help students express ideas clearly and confidently in professional settings.
4. Entrepreneurial Skills
Students were introduced to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including idea generation, business model creation, risk management, and financial literacy. The sessions encouraged innovation, leadership, and problem-solving mindsets.
5. Specialized Modules
These sessions included:
ATS Resume Preparation – Training on creating Applicant Tracking System (ATS)-compliant resumes that stand out in automated screening.
Communication Assessment – Evaluating listening, speaking, and written communication through interactive exercises.
Assessment Practice – Practice tests and aptitude assessments designed to boost placement readiness and confidence.
6. AI Fluency in Careers (Session by Mr. Kunal Sahu)
This session focused on developing AI literacy and understanding how artificial intelligence is transforming modern workplaces. Students were introduced to AI-powered productivity tools such as:
ChatGPT – for content creation, idea generation, problem-solving, and interview preparation.
Google Gemini – for research, summarization, and advanced analytical support.
Other AI Tools – including resume analysers, virtual interview bots, and smart productivity platforms.

Mr. Kunal Sahu highlighted how integrating these AI tools can enhance efficiency, creativity, and employability. Students also explored real-world AI applications across industries and discussed ethical use of AI in professional environments.
Overall, the program proved to be interactive, informative, and career-oriented, helping students bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.
