On International Women’s Day, observed annually on March 8th, students and faculty members from various departments of Zeal Polytechnic came together to celebrate and honor the achievements of women. Inspired by the theme of gender equality and empowerment, the community organized a series of events and initiatives to uplift and support women in their pursuit of success and equality. From awareness campaigns and panel discussions to workshops and cultural performances, the day served as a platform to recognize the contributions of women to society and promote a more inclusive and equitable future for all.

Objective/Purpose:
The objective of Women’s Day celebration is to commemorate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, while also advocating for gender equality and women’s empowerment worldwide. Through various events, discussions, and activities, the celebration aims to raise awareness about gender issues, inspire women to overcome challenges, promote inclusivity and diversity, and foster a more equitable society where women can thrive and contribute fully to their communities

Outcomes:
Women’s Day celebrations include raised awareness of gender equality issues, empowered and inspired women to pursue their goals and dreams, strengthened solidarity among women in the community, and increased recognition of the contributions of women to various aspects of society, fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment for all.
